Hike With Your Mother (Earth) in Discovery Park

05/11/2008 - 2:00pm
05/11/2008 - 11:53pm
Etc/GMT-7

Celebrate your own mother and our Mother Earth on an easy hike in Discovery Park! We will reflect on the divine feminine as we experience the wonder of one of Seattle's most dramatic natural areas.

Beth Anderson, Earth Ministry Outreach Associate, will lead the group around the Loop Trail, perhaps with a detour to walk the Wolf Tree Nature Trail. Reflection and readings from some of our spiritual mothers will be interspersed with a leisurely-paced walk. Bring a light snack and water, and be sure to invite your mother, grandmother, or any special women in your life!

Meet at 2:00pm in front of the Discovery Park Environmental Learning Center. For directions, or more information see the Earth Ministry web page
